Fans of PlayStation consoles this year during the Gamescom events could only watch a number of other streams and watch what is promised especially for other platforms. Until now, Sony representatives have stayed away and news about the PlayStation exclusively has been virtually absent. But with the announcement of the PlayStation Showcase 2021, players have been able to relax, and many certainly hope that the best will come at the end of this year’s game-packed summer. PlayStation Showcase brings around 40 minutes of demos of what will delight the eye and drivers of the PlayStation console and how David Jaffe suggested in advance, it really is worth it.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
Adding to the spider’s madness is the game’s addition, the new game Spider-Man simply with the number 2 in the name. There are two heroes we will have the honor of having, as Peter Parker and Miles Morales unite after their own brief adventures and fight crime on the streets of New York together. However, we already know that their paths will cross with the popular villain Venom. The creators of Insomniac Games once again promise not only a great superhero experience full of action, but also a strong story full of emotions and also humor. The release is scheduled for 2023 for PlayStation 5.
Wolverine
Insomniac has another Marvel iron in the fire and, in addition to Spider-Man, he intends to introduce us to Wolverine, which will complement the current game-comic harvest. However, the popular hero has so far only appeared in a very short teaser, where his iconic claws were not missing. However, we will have to wait for some time for more details.
God of War: Ragnarok
Even before the start of the event, it was widely speculated that one of the games represented would be God of War Ragnarok. If you believed in these considerations, you received a reward not only in the form of the final confirmation of the name of the game, but also the first demonstrations. The game takes place a few years after the previous episode of 2018. The freezing winds of Fimbulwinter hit Midgard, which makes Krat’s, Atre’s and Mimir’s survival in the woods even harder. While waiting for Ragnarök – the final battle between the gods and the Jotuns – there will be a further development of the father-son relationship, the search for answers to who Atreus really is, and of course a lot of fights. In the example, we saw in action not only Krat’s faithful ax, but also the chains of fire through which Kratos commemorates his Greek birth.
However, there will also be a large number of supporting characters in Ragnarok – such as Thor and Freya – and we will finally be able to visit all nine worlds connected by the Yggdrasil tree. In the previous game, we could not visit Vanaheim, Svartalfheim and Asgard, which will change with the arrival of the game. We do not know when this will happen, but the developers have confirmed that there has been a change in the director of development, who in the case of Ragnarok is no longer Cory Barlog, but Eric Williams.
Gran Turismo 7
Gran Turismo 7 will arrive on PS4 and PS5 next year on March 4. The authors from the Polyphony Digital studio attract to the sticker editor, legendary tracks such as Trial Mountain and High-Speed Ring, a fantastic collection of cars and thorough tuning. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake
The event started in style, as nothing less than a remake of the award-winning and still beloved RPG Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic by BioWare from 2003 was introduced at the outset. who has experience with porting games, but also directly with Star Wars titles. In addition to developers with a lot of experience in the RPG genre, the people behind the original game are also to work on the remake. The point is to re-introduce one of the most popular Star Wars adventures not only in a new graphic jacket, but also with current conveniences and technologies while preserving everything that has made this title a cult. When released, it will be a console exclusivity for PlayStation 5. But it will also make its PC debut. So they will obviously arrive on the Xbox later.

Alan Wake Remastered
As expected, in a short demonstration, remaster critics and players of the highly acclaimed horror Alan Wake from the Finnish team Remedy Entertainment were revealed. The world of Ghostwire: Tokyo can be described as extremely special at best. One day, the Japanese capital was shrouded in dark fog, and then almost all the inhabitants disappeared. Strange creatures with supernatural abilities have arrived in their place, and it seems that perhaps everyone is striving for the life of the main character. He will fight in a really beautiful environment, as the Tango Gameworks team promises to make the most of the PlayStation 5’s potential and, in addition to ray tracing and 3D audio, promises to load the game almost immediately. Action sci-fi Ghostwire: Tokyo will be released next year, only on PlayStation 5.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection
If you were just getting ready for one of the last episodes of the Uncharted series in your game list, then maybe you’d better wait. The PlayStation Showcase also included a demo of the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection package, which will offer the last major episode of the series and a stand-alone extension of The Lost Legacy. The collection will offer a remaster of both titles and will arrive not only on PlayStation 5, but also on PC at the beginning of next year.
Forspoken
Forspoken from Square Enix, until recently known as Project Athia, appeared in a new story trailer and we also got the details of the release – it will happen in the spring of 2022 on the PlayStation 5 and on the PC. We get to know the heroine of the game Frey Holland, who gets into the strange magical world of Athia. There she must discover and begin to use her magical abilities to survive in the new environment, as she is forced to fight a number of enemies, some especially giants. Forspoken will offer not only a breathtaking environment, but also a strong story and an impressive fight full of interesting acrobatic creations.
Bloodhunt
The vampire battle-royal Bloodhunt from the world of the Vampire series: The Masquerade, which got pre-filled on Steam on September 7, will eventually be able to be played by console players on PlayStation 5 thanks to the Sharkmob studio partnership with Sony. which the console offers, especially different feelings from shooting thanks to the Dualsense controller, or 3D audio, which will of course support not only vampire senses due to the direction of sounds such as shooting or screams, which are of course spoken in Czech. Players will be able to go to night Prague later this year, but it is not yet known exactly how new blood will be shed in the streets.
Project Eve
The world of the title Project: Eve is once again one that is not twice as friendly to us humans. In the not-too-distant future, we will become an endangered species and humanity will be expelled from Earth by a mysterious race called NA: tives. And the task of the main heroine named Eve is, of course, nothing more than to drive out the strangers with a strange name and get the country back for humanity, with the help of special abilities and especially action fights, the character of which is best illustrated in the video below. The developers have not yet announced the release date.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
Another nice revelation was the gameplay demonstration of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, another spin-off of the Borderlands series, and even now it is quite obvious that the fun and crazy ideas will play a major role. On March 22, when this colorful event will reach all major platforms.
