PT Net Mediatama Televisi, the company that owns the television station NET TV was sued for bankruptcy. Bambang Sutrisno Kusnadi filed a lawsuit on November 25, 2020 yesterday at the Central Jakarta District Court.
NET party immediately raised their voice. NET TV management admits that they appreciate the legal attitude taken by the plaintiff.
“NET respects the legal attitude made by the plaintiff as a form of concern for NET which in recent years have very good relations in various forms of mutually beneficial cooperation, “said CEO of PT Net Mediatama Televisi (NET) Deddy H. Sudarijanto in his statement to detikcom, Thursday (26/11/2020).
According to Deddy, until now the two parties still have a good relationship. Several attempts at communication with the plaintiffs had also been carried out prior to raising the lawsuit.
“From the communication that has been done, NET agreed and have made efforts to resolve their responsibilities gradually. This resolution will certainly be pursued in a sustainable manner as a form of NET’s responsibility, which has been cooperating with the plaintiffs for a long time, “he said.
