KPro implantation is relatively simple. First, the doctor will separate the conjunctiva around the eye, and then completely remove the corneal epithelium. Use a special marker to mark the center of the cornea and the corresponding position, and align and suture the artificial conjunctiva to fix it in place. The artificial cornea using biomimetic materials will be assimilated by the collagen of the tissues and become fibrocytes of the human body, which can be fully integrated into the eyeball and restore vision within a few weeks.
