More than 200 guests listened to the five short readings and presentations by the publisher. A “complete success” for the organizing publishers, especially since it was also about demonstrated cooperation. The publishers introduced themselves with a lot of enthusiasm for each other and made it clear how important not only collegial, but friendly collaboration is in times like these.
It was read by: Silvia Pistotnig (“The Innkeepers”, Elster & Salis), Romina Pleschko (“Open Waters”, Kremayr & Scheriau), Margit Mössmer (“The Secret of My Success”, Leykam), Kay Kender (“The Schnilf” , Voland & Quist) and from a text by Hermes Phettberg published in the anthology Oh Boy. Masculinity today” (canon) is published.
After the readings, the guests were able to buy books, which, according to the organizers, was very popular. People danced to the music of DJ Zola until late at night or chatted on the upper deck with a view of the Danube Canal, networked diligently and one or the other cooperation was already planned.
The organizers were completely satisfied: “That was already the book party of the year”!
