A group of students from Delft University of Technology has set a record. They have set a world record with their self-built hydrogen car.
The team has covered almost 1200 kilometers in 36 hours. That is much more than the previous world record of 1003 kilometers. That was in the name of the Japanese car company Toyota.
smooth track
The students drove the record attempt at the velodrome in Helmond. That is a slippery track and because of that I managed to drive the same speed all the time.
