Stopover point in the Loire

The recovery plan has been implemented in a dynamic way in the Loire department, on the 3 components.

Position of the department on some measures, at the national level:

Ecological transition:

  • 2,500 files investigated under MaPrimeRénov
  • 3,000 files investigated for the payment of ecological bonuses and conversion bonuses

Competitiveness:

  • 11 winners for the payment of aid to industrial projects for a total subsidy of nearly € 7.4 million and 159 to 270 jobs potentially created.
  • 36 grants for export checks and international corporate volunteering

Social and territorial cohesion:

  • 2,000 exceptional aid payments under apprenticeship contracts
  • 2,400 hiring grants, 160 entries into CIE and PEC

The timeliness of the recovery plan is reflected in:

  • new calls for projects and extensions of existing calls for projects.
  • new aid for businesses and communities (for example the “my connected commerce” system providing for a digital check for businesses and support for communities wishing to set up e-commerce).
  • the continuation of the investigation and the support for the current files

On the agricultural side:

The recovery plan includes a component of € 1.2 billion in favor of agriculture, food and forestry. It is structured around three priorities:

  • regain our food sovereignty,
  • accelerate the agro-ecological transition in the service of healthy, sustainable and local food for all French people,
  • supporting French agriculture and forests in adapting to climate change.

On the digital transformation of local authorities:

The recovery plan is an opportunity to use digital technology so that public services are more accessible for citizens, closer to their daily uses, and simpler. Communities, largely committed to digital transformation projects on an unprecedented scale, are at the forefront of this challenge.

88 million euros from the France Relance plan to support local authorities in defining and carrying out their digital transformation projects:

  • foster the development of inclusive and responsible local digital public services,
  • strengthen collaboration between the State and local authorities in digital matters,
  • promote the pooling of energies and initiatives
  • support the increase in digital skills of local players.

The pooling of initiatives will be supported by the various counters and the rise of local structures (digital unions, etc.) will be encouraged.
