On the other hand, the best performance in the Standard & Poor’s 500 index was recorded by Bath & Body Works Inc. (NYSE:), which rose by 8.91% at 36.91, IDEXX Laboratory (NASDAQ:) also continued its rise at 7.05% and closed at 516.61. Likewise, the shares of the National Insurance Company (NYSE:) rose about 6.64% and ended its trading at 17.51.

Among the weakest performing stocks today, we mention the company’s stock Alaska Air (NYSE:), which fell by 14.25% and closed its session at 34.07, stock Albemarle Corp (NYSE:), which lost 4.96% to 119.90, and Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold (NYSE:), which lost 4.14% to close at 37.62 in today’s session on the stock exchange.

On the other hand, the best performance in the Nasdaq index was recorded by Hut 8 Mining Corp (NASDAQ:), which rose by 363.00% at a price of 10.51. SilverSun Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:) also continued its rise at 240.33% and closed at levels 12.49, as well as a share Hawaiian Holdings (NASDAQ:) rose about 192.59% and ended its trading at 14.22.

Among the weakest performing stocks today, we mention the company’s stock U Power Ltd (NASDAQ:), which fell by 55.59% and closed its session at a price of 0.68, Meta Materials Inc (NASDAQ:), which lost 36.45% at a price of 0.07, and Conduit Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:), which lost 34.48%. It closed at 3.61 today’s session on the stock exchange.
