The incredible images published in today’s issue of the “Eleftheria” newspaper in Larissa show that wooden boxes containing rockets from the flooded Stefanovikei base have been moved to flooded fields next to Lake Karla, which were affected by the floods!

The images in question, which confirm the revelations made by Documento last summer that along with the destroyed helicopters military armament was also found in the water, were shared by the professor of arboriculture, director of the Laboratory of Arboriculture and Soil Resources and president of the Department of Agriculture-Agrotechnology Alexandros. Papachatzi.

In the photos republished by “Eleftheria”, empty wooden crates can be seen floating in the fields, which before the flood contained rockets for the war helicopters, of the now submerged military base of Stefanovikeio.

Regarding the flooded pistachio and walnut trees, the professor believes that “the trees, because they have been under water for more than 5-6 months, cannot bear fruit again, so the farmers will necessarily uproot them when the waters recede. What is certain is that there will be no sowing of spring crops in the wider area of ​​Sotiriou, as the irrigation network has also been destroyed.”
