As the situation around Inter Milan defender Milan Škriniar is still uncertain and will not be clear until Monday, March 22, coach Štefan Takovič decided to nominate another defender – Jakub Holúbek from Piast Gliwice, informoval SFZ on the official website.

“We received an official statement from Inter Milan stating that the state institutions there do not allow the club to play the next Serie A meeting with Sassuel, which was on the program on Saturday. Until Monday, March 22, all players must remain at home in the mandatory quarantine and those nominated for national teams must not be allowed to travel to the events. They will be tested by Monday and those who have four negative consecutive tests will meet at the club’s training center on that day. This means that this situation also applies to our tracker Milan Škriniar. So only on Monday will he know for sure what the next possible development in this situation will be, “ said coach Štefan Tarkovič.
