Statement on the creation of the Super League

FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta, Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez and Bernd Reichart, CEO of A22 Sport, the company that promotes the Super League, met this Friday in Madrid to continue exploring new ways to reform the european football. The meeting took place within the framework of the ‘New Economy Forum’ conference, of which the managing director of A22 Sport Bernd Reichart was a speaker.

Following the match, A22 Sports released a short statement on its official Twitter account: “We continue to work to reform European football and improve competition, sustainability and governance. We are talking to many clubs from 10 European countries who share the our vision of the challenges this sport faces, we cannot stand still.”
