Start of the “Inclusive Vienna 2030” participation process

The “Inclusive Vienna 2030 – a city for all” process was officially launched on 6 September.

The official starting signal for “Inclusive Vienna 2030” was given on 6 September with the participation of the municipal councilor for social affairs and health Peter Hacker. Under the motto “A city for all”, objectives and measures are developed in a broad participatory process in order to further promote the inclusion of people with disabilities. The Vienna Social Fund (FSW) has launched the “Inclusive Vienna 2030 – a city for all” program.

On the site https://www.inklusives.wien/ there are initial impulses for 12 subject areas. Customers, stakeholders, and Aid’s employees can provide feedback online. FSW also sent a specially produced participation kit to over 300 disabled facilities – Jugend am Werk also received this kit. With the working material contained therein, FSW clients should develop suggestions and feedback in the form of workshops. With participating cafes and workshops starting in the fall, there are even more opportunities to get involved in the design process.
