The STAIL student represents Bengkulu Province.
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SURABAYA — An achievement at the archery level was made by a student at the Luqman al-Hakim (STAIL) Islamic High School, Surabaya.
It is Toni Wiliam Palisu, a student of Islamic Broadcasting Communication (KPI) who was selected to represent Bengkulu Province in the Archery National Championship (Kejurnas) which will be held in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan, Monday (27/6).
Wiliam was selected to participate in the Archery National Championship after some time before, successfully winning a gold medal in the Bengkulu Province Archery Championship.
In an effort to get the best results, the former chairman of STAIL Archery Club Hidayatullah (SACH) admitted that he had already started making some preparations. “To perform optimally at the National Championship, thank God, I personally continue to make maximum preparations, especially physical problems to stay healthy until the D-day,” William said in a release received Republika.co.idAhad (26/6).
Even this bright-skinned young man, did not forget to expect prayers from his fellow STAIL students, lecturers, and ustadz, so that he could give the best results. “Please pray from all of them, hopefully they will be given ease and can get the best results,” he hoped.
Head of Study Program Support
Chaplain. Syahri Sauma MKomI, as the head of the STAIL Islamic Broadcasting Communication Study Program (KPI), admitted that he really appreciated the non-academic achievement of one of his students. As a form of support, he also prayed, so that William could get maximum results in the archery championship. “May Allah give ease, blessing, and be able to give the best results,” he prayed.
