SS Club Garage Raid Reveals Shocking Evidence: Cash Register, Recording Devices, and Links to Bojanov Murder Investigation – Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office Updates

During the search of the garage belonging to the SS club, a cash register with documents, which are currently being examined, and two pens with a recording device, which are subject to examination, cameras and discs were seized. And also a reader of the cards used to get inside, which continues to be explored. This is what the head of the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office, Iliana Kirilova, said in an interview for the “(O)position” program of “Sega”. “We also found cards – both brand new ones and ones with small names written on them, which are unknown to us, and which we don’t associate with anything,” pointed out the prosecutor.

The Ministry of the Interior has not yet responded to the prosecution’s inquiry as to whether the murdered Martin Bojanov – Notary was an agent or another type of associate of the ministry. Kirilova pointed out that she does not know how long such an inspection in the Ministry of the Interior should take. “We will send questions again,” she added.

Kirilova also said that for the disclosure of the murder of Bojanov, which took place on January 31, it is very important to “open” his phone. And for now it seems that the investigators will not deal with this, just as they failed to “open” the iPhone of Alexey Petrov, who was killed last August, and now they are waiting for help from the United States.

As for the investigation related to Bojanov’s activities, the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office continues to try to untangle the web surrounding him and prove whether there were any magistrates whom he influenced.

“During the interrogations, the names of various magistrates are mentioned,” Kirilova said, but added that the prosecutors overseeing the case do not want these names to be made public until they are convinced that these judges and prosecutors did something under the influence of The notary.

“We have evidence that there were certain prosecutors and judges who visited the SS club. But what was said, whether information on cases was exchanged, whether promises were made, we have no way of knowing. They deny it,” he said Kirilova.

She pointed out that the former chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev, for whom there are witnesses, has not yet been questioned in the case, that he was in contact with Bojanov. “He would have to (be questioned) at some point,” she suggested.

Kirilova also commented on the bags of material evidence seized by the Sofia District Prosecutor’s Office from the “Eight Dwarves”, about which in recent weeks there have been many doubts that they could be manipulated in the city prosecutor’s office. “They have been examined, they have been described, so far there is nothing disturbing, but they are yet to be examined once more, to follow up the cases,” Kirilova said.

She herself was interrogated by the ad hoc prosecutor Daniela Taleva, who checked whether the i.f. the chief prosecutor Borislav Sarafov has something to do with the “Eight Dwarfs” circle.
