Apparently, Sporting Lisbon cannot afford to bring back to life superstar Cristiano Ronaldo who fell at Manchester United. Coach Rúben Amorim (quoted via “Sky Sports”) explained this before his team’s appearance in the Champions League at Tottenham on Wednesday night. “Everyone at Sporting dreams of Cristiano’s return, but we don’t have the money to pay him his salary,” laughed the 37-year-old. “I think he’s happy in Manchester, but he’s not playing.
