Former Karo Paminal of Propam Polri Division Hendra Kurniawan sentenced to 3 years in prison for being involved in moving the contents of the CCTV DVR in relation to the murder of Ferdy Sambo’s adjutant, Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat. Seali Shah, wife Hendra Kurniawanconfess speechless.
“Confused, speechless,” said Seali Syah when contacted detikcomMonday (27/2/2023).
Seali Syah said that her husband had received public judgment from the start.
“Allow time aja who answered, right? indeed from the beginning Already get a public judgment. Bang HK (Hendra Kurniawan) and dozens of other police,” said Seali.
Compared with the verdict Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu or Eliezer who was only 1.5 years in prison, Seali Syah said he did not mind. According to him, Eliezer’s decision, which was lighter than her husband’s, reflects the face of the law in Indonesia.
“The point is I have never objected to RE’s decision. It’s good that the decision in question is light, so it can be used as a benchmark for “legal face,” he explained.
Seen at story On his Instagram, Seali Syah expressed his disappointment. Seali Syah gave a striking response regarding the verdict against Hendra Kurniawan which was far higher than Bharada Eliezer as the accused in Yosua’s murder.
“When killing a person is 1.6 years old, those accused of murdering DVR are subject to 3 years,” wrote Seali with a laughing icon, seen on Insta Story with an adjusted editorial with enhanced spelling (EYD).
