There was a great atmosphere in the studio when Alex Beresford and Piers Morgan disagreed on the much talked about Meghan and the Harry interview.
Now Beresford is signing on Twitter that he did not want Morgan to quit after their discussion in the studio.
– There is so much that can be said. Piers’ departure was frankly not the conclusion I was hoping for, Beresford writes.

The discussion between Beresford and Morgan started after Morgan once again started the show by making fun of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan.
Then Beresford became furious.
– I understand that you do not like Meghan Markle, and you have made that clear so many times in this program. I understand that you had a friendship with Meghan, and that she broke the contact, Beresford said in the program.
Beresford continued to criticize Morgan, and eventually he became so angry that he left the studio.
Morgan has previously said that he and Meghan used to be friends, but that she broke off contact when she started dating Harry.
– Wanted him to listen
Beresford says on Twitter that both he and Morgan were aware of how different their opinions about the treatment of Harry and Meghan were.
According to The Independent Morgan claimed that he does not believe any of what Meghan says in the interview with Oprah Winfrey.

The 40-year-old had hoped that they could understand each other, and claims that it was not meant as a mockery to challenge Morgan’s opinions.
– I did not want him to stop, but I wanted him to listen, he says.
Beresford believes they must agree to disagree, and praises Morgan for how he has always supported him, given advice and that he is grateful for it.
