Spartak proposed to name all the projected streets that should appear or have already been commissioned in the area of the home stadium of the red and white in Tushino, in honor of the club’s famous football players in the past.
A letter with such a proposal was sent by the owner of “Spartak” and the chairman of the supervisory board of LLC “Stadium” Spartak ” Leonid Fedunin charge of work “Arena Opening”… It is addressed to Natalya Sergunina, chairman of the city interdepartmental commission on the names of territorial units, streets, metro stations, organizations and other facilities of the city of Moscow.
According to the text of the letter, “Spartak” proposes to name one of the streets in honor of the founders of the club, the Starostin brothers, and other thoroughfares – the names of such football players as Igor Netto, Galimzyan Khusainov, Anatoly Krutikov, Alexey Paramonov, Vladislav Zhmelkov, Anatoly Isaev, Anatoly Ilyin, Fyodor Cherenkov, Boris Tatushin, Nikolay Tishchenko, Mikhail Ogonkov, Sergey Salnikov, Anatoly Maslenkin and Ilya Tsymbalar.
Spartak has been performing at the arena in Tushino since autumn 2014.
