South Carolina Department of Corrections Implements Backpack Program for Released Inmates

When the men and women are released from the South Carolina Department of Corrections (SCDC), they will receive a backpack, director Bryan Stirling indicated on his account on the X social network.

“Previously, inmates were given nylon bags for dirty clothes. “This has been a goal for a long time,” Stirling said in the publication.
