Sochi CEO Dmitry Rubashko said the club will take disciplinary action against striker Alexander Kokorin.
Sanctions are associated with violations of internal regulations. Earlier, Kokorin posted on his Instagram page a photo from the celebration of his friend’s birthday, where the football player himself was present.
“In connection with the violation of Sochi’s internal rules by the club, disciplinary measures will be taken against Alexander Kokorin,” said Rubashko.
Earlier it was reported that for a similar misconduct, Zenit will impose a penalty on striker Serdar Azmun, who made a joint photo with Krylia Sovetov footballer Safa Hadi after the Tinkoff RPL match.
This season, Kokorin, playing for Sochi on loan from Zenit, scored 6 goals in 6 matches held.
