Freiburg (AP) – Schalke coach David Wagner has ruled out after the 0: 4 at SC Freiburg at the end of the season in the Bundesliga, to give up his job on his own. “There will be no resignation,” said the coach on Saturday. The 48-year-old added that that was beyond his imagination.
The Schalke have the weakest second half of their club history behind and ended the season with a series of 16 games without a win. The club wants to comment on the consequences on Monday. Sports director Jochen Schneider had recently strengthened the back of the coach and several times excluded a separation at the end of the season.
