Required:
- 500 grams of new potatoes boiled with skin and cut into large pieces;
- 5 stalks of chopped celery;
- a handful of pickled chopped cucumbers;
- three tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- three tablespoons of fresh cream;
- a handful of fresh chopped dill;
- a handful of fresh chopped parsley;
- salt, black pepper.
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients, except the potatoes, in a bowl and mix well.
In a heated grill with a lid, throw a handful of wood chips on the grates, as this will create additional smoke.
Place the potatoes in a heat-resistant container and place them on the grill, close the grill lid and let them smoke for 2-3 minutes. Add the smoked potatoes to the rest of the ingredients, mix and serve as an accompaniment to grilled dishes.
