If this is the question, the answer that comes from one of the most important Italian CEOs, Alessandro Profumo (Leonardo group), is clear. “I think that 30% of the space now occupied by offices will be freed up and obviously there will be strong consequences on the real estate market”.

Blangiardo’s position is more prudent, according to which “smartworking is a solution, one of the opportunities that are going to present itself, but we must not emphasize it because it also creates problems”.
