Small concert on the Obermarkt: With Berggeschrey to America

When the audience is not allowed to go to the theater, the music comes to the people. As in the previous summer, members of the Central Saxon Philharmonic and the Opera Choir as well as soloists from the music theater want to fill the city center with sound with small concerts on the Freiberg Obermarkt.

The brass players, who were often present at street music in Freiberg and Döbeln last year, are looking forward to performing again in the open air. With melodies from “West Side Story” and “Porgy and Bess”, the “Berggeschrey” ensemble transforms the marketplaces in Freiberg and Döbeln into Broadway.
