SANS has absolutely no role in creating election results, said Dimitar Dimitrov of the commission

The mathematician Lyubomir Gavrilov is leaving the CEC. And the reason is that he is a lecturer at a university in France and it is no longer possible to combine his commitments at the university with those in the commission. He asked to be relieved of his post a month ago, the CEC told 24 Chassa.
Prof. Gavrilov is a professor of mathematics at the University of Toulouse, France. As a member of the temporary public councils of Bulgarians abroad, he emphasized his work in the CEC with our compatriots abroad.
After “There is such a people” they propose a new member to fill their quota, he must be appointed by presidential decree. Until then, the 15-member CEC will work with one less person.
