Best Swiss representative, Simon Ammann took 16th place with jumps to 132 meters and 127.5 meters. The two other Swiss competitors, Killian Peier (33rd, 123.5m) and Dominik Peter (45th, 113m), failed to qualify for the second run. For the Vaudois, beaten in the “knockout system” by the German Constantin Schmid (23rd in the World Cup general), he only missed 1.1 points to be drafted as a “lucky loser”. It will be difficult for him to confirm his 10th place in the last Tour. Next stop on January 1 in Garmisch.
