As for those who tested positive, the official said that he was informed that two officers reside in his municipality.

“They told me that they are in their houses for 14 days in quarantine. When that period ends, they will undergo other tests again,” García said.

“These (barracks cases) are the first to be publicly disclosed in our municipality. As a result, we have continued with the message that they should not stay out of their homes for things other than medical or food,” he added. “As a preventive measure, we keep cleaning the municipality and disinfecting areas.”

García pointed out that officers from the Caguas Command are handling calls and complaints from Aguas Buenas, while surveillance of the barracks in that municipality is carried out by Cifra agents.
