KTNV Las Vegas writes that a suspected culprit was arrested with substantial amounts of blood on his sleeves.
According to Official Journal of RenoAt 9:48 pm Norwegian time, the police did not identify the perpetrator.
The incident occurred on South Las Vegas Boulevard at around 11:42 am local time, the police wrote. This corresponds to 20:42 Norwegian time.
The police write that the streets in the area are closed and that the population is encouraged to avoid staying in the area.
