The theft from Bataclan dates from early 2019. The image of a grieving girl commemorates the victims of the terrorist attack on the concert hall in November 2015. Earlier this month, investigators found work in an abandoned farm in the Abruzzo, a region in the Laars. from Italy.

Police arrested the suspects in the eastern departments of Isère and Haute-Savoie. Two are suspected of theft, the other four for the recovery of stolen property. They have been taken into custody.

The tribute to the victims of the attack was on a back door of the hall, on the street side. The white paint stencil artwork was discovered in June 2018 in the passage Saint-Pierre Amelot, on an emergency exit door of the concert hall. Many spectators of the Eagles of Death Metal concert managed to escape through the emergency exit from the attack, which ultimately killed 89 people.
