Sinegubov and Terekhov urged citizens to stay in shelters

There were several explosions in Kharkov, the townspeople counted at least four.

“Attention! Residents of Kharkov and the region, the invaders strike again! Don’t ignore alarms. Stay in cover!” – said the head of HOVA Oleg Sinegubov.

“They are hitting Kharkov. Several explosions have already thundered in the city. Missile launches from Russian territory are also possible. Be careful,” warned Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov.
