The famous singer and actor Ruslan Maynov bought it house in Arbanassi, which he plans to use for a holiday, writes the local newspaper Borba.
The artist, who gained popularity in the “Show of Fame” and is currently one of the stars in “Comics”, recently acquired the property of the popular in the past entrepreneur Kangaseiro at the highest point of the bar village, which has the status of architectural reserve.
Recently, however, Maynov has filed an application with the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo for the purchase of two more properties of nearly a decare, which are located next to his.
The local mayor Tosho Krastev also gave the green light for the deal. Ruslan Maynov hopes to get two municipal plots with an area of 799 square meters and 288 square meters, respectively, in the Strandjata area, which is located on the right side of the road near the old capital to Gorna Oryahovitsa. This is where the villa zone of the railway town begins.
A licensed appraiser has given a starting price of BGN 17,000 for the first property and a little over BGN 4,000 for the second. By law, anyone wishing to take municipal property must appear at an auction or competition, can not rely on direct acquisition. Thus, Maynov will have to bid in a procedure organized by the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo, and the mayor Daniel Panov has already ordered it to be prepared.
