Simon Pagenaud Provides Update on Health and Racing Future After Mid Ohio Grand Prix Accident

Since July 1, 2023, the date of a spectacular off-track accident during the Mid Ohio Grand Prix, Simon Pagenaud has not spoken publicly.

Simon Pagenaud is 39 years old. He has 14 IndyCar victories, including the legendary Indianapolis 500 in 2019, and 12 pole positions. He won the championship in 2016. Le Poitevin has also distinguished himself in endurance, including 4 participations in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and a 2nd place with Peugeot in 2011.
