The cult horror Silent Hill 2 has long been haunting fans who are trying in every way to improve or update the game, especially against the backdrop of newly appeared rumors about the announcement of the new Silent Hill. Most recently, some locations from Silent Hill 2 were recreated on the Unreal Engine 4 engine, but now players have managed to transfer the horror to virtual reality.

A user under the nickname Hoolopee published a rather spectacular trailer for Silent Hill 2, if it had been launched in VR. According to the author, his main goal was to show how the atmosphere and horror of the game in virtual reality work. Hoolopee used Blender and assets from Silent Hill 2 to create this video, but you can’t try the game in VR mode.
