How to deal with child stress

A mother can help her child get rid of communication, by following these guidelines:

1- Follow a healthy routine

The mother should encourage her child to follow a healthy lifestyle, which includes sleeping for at least 8 hours a day, eating healthy foods, such as vegetables and fruits, and regular exercise and favorite hobbies.

2- Monitoring television and the Internet

The tension in the child may be caused by the content that he is used to following when sitting in front of the TV and browsing social networking sites, so the mother should monitor this matter well.

It is also taken into account that the mother determines the number of hours the child watches television and uses mobile phones, in proportion to his age.

3- Taking care of the child

Leaving the child most of the time alone is one of the wrong habits that make it an easy prey for stress, anxiety and sadness, so it is necessary for the mother to allocate time throughout the day, to sit with him, listen to him, participate in various activities and help him learn new skills.
