Abu Dhabi | The first Shorin Kai Cup Open Karate Championship under the Abu Dhabi Traditional Martial Arts TMA will be held at Kent College, Nad Al Shaiba, Dubai. The matches will be played on Sunday 13 November 2022 from 8:00 to 21:00. India, United Kingdom, Australia, Chile, Japan, Oman, United Arab Emirates etc. 1,200 competitors from seven countries will participate in two categories.

Hanshi Keishun Kakinahona 10th Dan Red Belt World Grand Master International Shorin Ryu Shorin Kai Union President will be the main host of the championship. This is Hanshi Kakinohana’s second visit to the United Arab Emirates. For the carrying out of the Shorin Kai Cup 2022, the large organizing team that includes various committees including the head partner PM Abdul Aziz, the president of the organization of the Shorin Kai Cup, the captain Rashid Hasan, the coordinator Sensei Chandran, the organizer Shihan leader Muhammad Fais Kannapuram, media coordinator Fahad Sakhafi Chettipadi, etc. Shamil will be led by Sensei Hashim and Sensei Shamir.
