A man with the initials AM (32) in Jatinegara, East Jakarta, became the target of shooting. The perpetrator is ex-husband of an artist famous.
The shooting incident, which was allegedly carried out by the artist’s ex-husband, occurred in the Jatinegara area, East Jakarta, on Thursday (8/2). Police said the perpetrator and the victim had an argument before the shooting occurred.
East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Nicolas Ary Lilipaly said the perpetrator involved in a fight with the victim who was also his friend. At that time the two of them got into an argument.
“They were fighting, their friends, they were fighting. They were friends, then they were fighting, fighting words like that,” said Nicolas when contacted, Tuesday (27/2/2024).
The perpetrator opened fire
At that time the dispute between the two heated up. Finally the perpetrator, who was the artist’s ex-husband, opened fire.
“It’s enough, they are emotional, take out their weapons,” he said.
It is not yet known whether there were any injuries from the shooting incident. Currently the police are still investigating the case.
Previously, the shooting occurred in the Jatinegara area, East Jakarta. It is suspected that the perpetrator is the artist’s ex-husband.
“The information is that (the perpetrator is the artist’s ex-husband),” said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Nicolas Ary Lilipaly when contacted, Tuesday (27/2).
Nicolas said the perpetrator ran away after carrying out the action. The police also summoned the perpetrator for questioning but he failed to show up.
