Shoigu announces that the reform of the Russian army will last three years

At the end of December, Russian plans to reform the army were announced. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has convened a special meeting in which he has provided more detailed information about the reform, which envisages increasing the numerical strength of the Russian army to 1.5 million people, the Russian independent media “Meduza” reports.
