The number of new coronavirus infections (Corona 19) in the UK exceeded 40,000 for the first time. There were 357 new deaths per day. There is an analysis that the U.K. mutant virus is more than 70% more contagious than the existing corona.
The British government announced on the 28th (local time) that the number of new confirmed cases per day was 41,385. It is the largest in the UK on a daily basis since the pandemic (a global pandemic) began in March.
The number of cumulative confirmed cases increased to about 2329,000, and the number of cumulative deaths increased to 71,000.
Meanwhile, it started in the UK and is rapidly spreading to Europe as well as Africa. In Asia, as it has been confirmed in Korea following Japan and Singapore, the quarantine authorities are deepening their pains.
