Share the WhatsApp that your landlord has sent you and accumulate hundreds of ‘likes’ on Twitter

Very often, the conversations between tenants and landlords are not pleasant: problems that neither party wants to know about, rent increases and a long etc, which often makes the relationship between the two anything but a paradise.

What you have shared on Twitter the user @Jorxrubio It is a sample of exactly the opposite: a ray of hope in the middle of a market, the rental market, which does not usually leave stories like this.

“There are landlords who try to apply a rise beyond the legal limit and then there are landlords like mine,” he wrote next to a screenshot showing the WhatsApp message that the owner sent him.

“Hi, guys. Just tell you that at the end of the month (one week left), you have to notify yourself if you execute the contract extension,” it reads.

“As we already told you, it is unilateral (we have nothing to say) and in case you had any doubts, we do not plan to apply any type of income review,” he adds in a message that already has more than 600 likes.

The case is reminiscent of the message that the user @Davizz66, owner of an apartment in Vigo, published a few weeks ago, who shared a WhatsApp screenshot of the conversation he had with his tenant.

The dialogue was started precisely by the lessee, who said: “Good morning. I am attaching the receipt for February. And I take this opportunity to tell you that, although there are still a few months left to complete the year, we are interested in continuing another one…”.

The apartment owner’s response was clear: “Well, whatever you want!!! I’m delighted!!! And I’m not going to upload anything. I’m glad!”. “Great! We are delighted here!” The tenant replied.
