Shakhtar Donetsk signed a contract with Brazilian winger Neverton Martins da Silva. The player moved to the Pitmen from Sao Paulo. Transfer details were not disclosed.
The contract with Neverton is for five years.
The 18-year-old midfielder is a graduate of Sao Paulo. He did not play a single game for the club’s first team, but in the 2022 season he played 24 games for Sao Paulo U20, in which he scored 5 goals and 5 assists.
Neverton became the third legionnaire signed by Shakhtar this summer. Previously, the club was replenished with Daniel Castillo and Pedrinho Azevedo.
