Eleven AASF workers injured in SFI AISF clash at Kollam SN College. The AASF said SFEA were being beaten over fears of leaking information about drug use and that there was animosity over the university union’s election defeat. The SFAA has not responded to the allegations.
The wounded say those who came with lethal weapons surrounded and attacked them. The students said that enmity over the university union’s loss of elections and fears that information about the SFA’s drug use would be released led to the attack. The university campus is under police surveillance.
