Spain’s leading Sevilla football team has contracted Marko Dmitrovics, a goalkeeper who previously turned up in Újpest FC.

The 29-year-old, 18-time Serbian national team goalkeeper defended in Újpest between 2013 and 2015 and was a member of the purple-white Hungarian Cup winning team in 2014. From Újpest to Charlton, from there to Alcorcon and then to Spain’s cutting-edge Eibar, where he has competed in 130 champions since 2017.
In Seville, he will have to replace Tomás Vaclik, who made it into the top eight with the Czech national team at the current European Championships. Dmitrovics’ contract is for four years, until June 30, 2025.
