Set the rights issue price of IDR 262, Acset Indonusa (ACST) will reap IDR 1.5 trillion

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST) set the implementation price rights issue amounting to Rp 262 per share. With the 5.72 billion shares offering, the construction company will pocket Rp 1.50 trillion in fresh funds.

The price of this implementation is slightly higher than the price of ACST shares on Friday (14/8) which is at Rp 258 per share.

Through the limited public offering II Acset Indonusa in the framework of issuing pre-emptive rights (HMETD), ACST held rights issue jumbo amounting to 89.11% of the issued and fully paid capital. This means that shareholders who do not exercise their rights will have their ownership diluted by 89.11%.

Each holder of 10,000 old ACSET shares whose names were registered in the register of shareholders as of August 28, has 81,788 HMETD. Each Rights issue entitles shareholders to purchase one new share.

PT Karya Supra Perkasa, which is the holder of 50.10% ACST, stated that it would exercise all of its Pre-emptive Rights. “Karya Supra Perkasa also has sufficient funds and is capable of exercising all the rights to its rights in proportion to its share of share ownership and to act as a standby buyer in LPO II,” said Acset Indonusa in a brief prospectus published on Friday (14/8). .

After rights issue, ACST’s issued and fully paid-up capital will increase from 700 million shares to 6.42 billion shares. If shareholders other than Karya Supra Perkasa do not exercise their rights, Karya Supra’s ownership will increase to 94.56% and public ownership will decrease from 19.96% to 2.17%.
