– The police have started an investigation into a serious incident of violence at a private address, writes Innlandet police district X/Twitter at 02.45 on the night of Friday.
The newspaper Glåmdalen received just after midnight a tip about helicopter activity in Nord-Odal municipality. An air ambulance was on the scene, and a police helicopter circled the area in question for about an hour.
There will be a massive police presence at the scene, which is heavily armed. They are being searched with dog patrol, writes Glåmdalen. Operations leader in the police, Håkon Brenna, confirmed to Glåmdalen at 01.45 that they are at an address.
– It is not likely that the incident poses any danger to other people or in other places, says operations manager Haagen Løvseth at X.
The police further state that no further information will be provided by the police during the night. A press release has been announced on Friday morning.
