There will be no school lines in Moscow in the new academic year. Precautions are related to the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection. Told about it Sergei Sobyanin live on the TV channel “Russia 24”.

“There will be no mass events in schools, including rulers. But the educational process will begin on September 1. Of course, there will be certain requirements for the work of schools. This is enhanced disinfection, thermometry at the entrance to the school, monitoring the condition of both teachers and students, restrictions on movement inside the school, “- said the Moscow Mayor.

According to him, the lessons will be organized in one class. Students will be able to transfer to another only as needed. For example, if you need a specialized room to conduct a lesson – a lesson in chemistry, physics, technology. Also, with certain restrictions, school canteens will work.

There will be no requirement for students to wear a mask. But the child will be able to use personal protective equipment if he or his parents have such a desire. The question of the need to wear masks for teachers will be decided at the level of the school administration and depending on the epidemiological situation. At the same time, the city will try to pay special attention to the protection of teachers.

“Teachers, of course, must defend themselves, and, most likely, if we have such an opportunity, there will be vaccine volumes, we will offer teachers that they are vaccinated against the coronavirus, because they will have a lot of contacts and they will also be in the zone risk, ”added the head of the city.

The Mayor of Moscow noted that there are certain recommendations for organizing the work of educational institutions, which are approved Rospotrebnadzor.

“Everything is clearly spelled out there: who and what should do. Such orders have been communicated to the education system, ”he said.

In addition, Sergei Sobyanin called the return of restrictions from September 15 in Moscow rumors due to the coronavirus. The epidemiological situation in the city is stable today. In two months, the average daily number of new cases of COVID-19 in Moscow decreased by 63 percent.
