The first days in the new company are important. Therefore we design your first steps together with you.
These can be very different, as they are of course tailored to your future position and the respective location. Basically, you will receive an individual induction plan with an overview of all the measures that are important for starting your work.

You can find further support as part of our “Bosch Buddy” sponsorship program. Your personal confidante will support you with all informal topics and can provide you with valuable contacts.
