The 27-year-old Reilly has 19 assists in 40 games with the Senators this season. He could become an unrestricted free agent this summer.

Selected in the fourth round by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2011 draft, Reilly amassed eight goals and 72 points in 244 NHL games with the Senators, Montreal Canadiens and Minnesota Wild.

The Ottawa squad then traded Coburn to the New York Islanders for a seventh-round pick in 2022.

Coburn, 36, has two assists in 16 games for the Senators this season.
