The president of Seine-Saint-Denis department and the Mayor of Aubervillers attended the training of college students, in the college’s newly built armory, to inaugurate the project “130 countries in 130 colleges.«
International cooperation
Initiated by the department of Seine-Saint-Denis, this program is part of the momentum of the 2024 Olympic Games. The idea is to associate the 130 colleges of the department with a country presenting itself in the sports competition. “For Miriam Makeba College, England was chosen,” says Fabrice Taffanel, the school’s principal. “We are going to favor European countries”, he specifies, “in relation to distances and in particular to the health context. »
