Not only that, the crocodile dragged Ponidi’s body into the stream Simangalam River, North Sumatra.
The incident made Ponidi’s children and wife scream hysterically.

But just walking a step, suddenly a crocodile pounced on Ponidi.

SAR team intervened
Personnel from the Tanjungbalai SAR Post, North Sumatra, received information from the North Labuhanbatu Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) regarding the incident.
Officers immediately rushed to the scene, namely Paritcina.
But due to the night and the dark situation, Tanjungbalai Sukro Adi SAR Post Coordinator will continue the search on Tuesday today.
“It was decided to carry out SAR operations today and have not yet been able to find victims,” Adi said in a written statement on Monday (7/27/2020).
