Ahen MEPs settled in Strasbourg for the plenary session of the European Parliament (EP) on Monday, the investigators searched the Brussels building of the European Parliament for a long time in the afternoon. Judge Michel Claise was accompanied by a team of the federal judicial police to continue his investigation which has been shaking the European institution since Friday. Eric Van Duyse, spokesman for the federal prosecutor’s office: “I can confirm that a search took place this afternoon in the European Parliament, in ten offices. In addition, computer equipment was seized. »
