Scooter rider hits wild boar in Loenen | Inland

The scooter rider was driving to work around 5:30 am when the wild animal suddenly crossed the road. According to Omroep Gelderland, the driver could no longer avoid the beast and they collided with each other. The scooter rider was left with abrasions and a painful knee from the fall. The wild boar remained on the road for a few minutes, then stumbled off toward the woods.

A game manager has been informed and will look for the injured animal at a later time.

This scooter rider also collided with a wild boar on the same road last year. Then it concerned a boar that was injured on the road after a previous collision. In Belgium, the same driver once hit a wild boar with a car.
